Dear OlymPas holder,
Soon the 13th edition of the Open Tournament of TC de Uithof will be held at Sportcentrum Olympos. We will be hosting a week full of tennis games at all levels on the Olympos tennis courts. We expect a lot of registrations and as result we may at certain specific times need to use all of the tennis courts for the matches.
Obviously, we will take into account as much as possible the recreational timeslots for the OlymPas holders. This is further explained below.
The tournament will take place from 29 February to 8 March 2020. Monday to Friday till 6PM various courts will remain available for recreational tennis.
It is on Monday to Friday from 6PM – 11PM that we ask for your understanding and cooperation. We will require all of the nine courts on this days and times to be able to extend our tournament and become more known in the region.
Upon consultation with Olympos, we have created timeslots for you to still be able to play tennis during the tournament. If you are interested, please sign up for a specific timeslot, before Thursday 20 February, 11.59PM. We will schedule you in for the requested timeslot on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

If you are interested in booking a timeslot, please send an e-mail to
opentoernooi@tcdeuithof.nl, indicating the date, the timeslot, your name and telephone number. The tournament organisation will plan the timeslots into the tournament schedule.
We kindly ask for your understanding and request you to play tennis during the daytimes as much as possible. We would like to invite you to join the Uithof Open 2020 (only possible for KNLTB-members) or to come and watch some exciting games!
