Do you want stay active this summer? Olynpos is open all summer with extensive opening hours.

In the summer period (starting 3 July 2023) the range of activities may see minor adjustments. For example, less courses will be offered in summer (a number of courses will be available as group lessons) and there will be no soccer leagues.

• Unlimited access to our fitness facilities (including a personal training scheme, intensity circuit, core strength and stability training and flexibility).
• Unlimited access to our second fitness and strength sports gym 'Kratistos', next to Olympos (in P+R De Uithof). 
• Unlimited participation in about 55 group lessons per week this summer. 
• Unlimited use of the tennis, squash, climbing and beach volleyball facilities (free sports).
• Take part in the courses climbing top rope, strength workout for beginners, Cross challenge, hyrox.
• Take part in a Stand Up Paddle introductory lesson or a Stand Up Paddele Tour (SUP). 
• Reserve free ‘last-minute’facilities; up to three days in advance. Check the conditions.
• Take part in the Olympos squash ladder (internal squash competition) or Olympos tennis ladder (internal tennis competition).
