Step&shape Stepping and body shaping at the same time in a lesson full of challenges and energy! This lesson particularly suits people who are looking for variation. The lesson includes both cardio and choreography elements. The last 15 minutes of each lesson consist of some tough power exercises followed by a lovely cooling-down session. Various levels Each week two different step&shape are scheduled: Sunday 11.40 AM: step&shape medium. Slightly more complicated steps than only basics but certainly accessible to everyone!
