Strength sports for staff

This group lesson is for staff only and is given in the Olympos fitness.The lessons are given by Kjeld van Hees.
Are you seeking to practise in a small group and work on your strength? Strength sports for staff might be just up your street!

Supervised by an sports instructor, you will take part in a 60 minute practice in a group of a minimum of two and a maximum of ten athletes. As the group is only small, you will be able to work towards your own goals while close attention is paid to your technique, posture and whether you are being sufficiently challenged. 

Strength sports allows for a lot of opportunities: from exercises to improve your body posture and flexibility, from stability to coordination, and much more! The practices are well-varied and all muscle groups will be attended to. 

Do you prefer to shower individually after exercise? There are a limited number of instructors' changing rooms available, the key can be picked up at the service desk.
