BRN®

BRN® is the ultimate body shaping workout and stands for ‘the Body u Really Need’. It is an accessible, effective and predominantly motivational group lesson aimed at all aspects that allow for a fit, strong and beautiful body. You will burn calories optimally and get your whole body into shape! BRN® means cardio, muscle toning exercises and core training all at once.  

During the 50-minute fun workout you will apply the XCO trainer®. Scientific research has shown that its use will result in improved fitness, optimal fat burn, high calorie consumption, a beautiful, fit body, and more.  

The BRN® group lesson us built up as follows:

  • Warming-up
  • Cardio training to improve your heart and lung fitness
  • Core training to strengthen the abdominal, back and hip muscles
  • Muscle toning exercises of the legs and upper body
  • Cooling-down, including stretch exercises
