Pole Fitness® is a fitness workout which combines pole dance techniques and aerobics exercises. This combination of power training (pole dance techniques) and cardio training (aerobics) allows for a very complete high-impact total body workout. The pole dance exercises are very accessible; all participants should be able to learn to perform them competently. During the lessons, you train your strength, staying power and flexibility by taking on the most spectacular pole dance techniques while having a lot of fun!
Pole Fitness® is no longer a sport that is only practiced by women; more and more men enjoy taking part in the Pole Fitness® classes.
Levels (regular 10 week course)
Beginners: for participants without Pole Fitness® experience.
Semi-advanced: for participants who already attended a Pole Fitness® course at Olympos.
Advanced: for participants whom have attended Pole Fitness® courses for at least one year before.
Please bring a towel (obligated).
Rules of use
In order to provide a safe environment it is important that everyone observes the rules of use. Make sure that you take note of all the regulations before you come to Olympos. Together we are able to ensure that everyone can play sports safely and responsibly.
Registration
An OlymPas is required if you want to follow this course. The OlymPas needs to be valid for the whole length of the course. Registration is possible from two week before the start of the course. You can register online, by adding the course to your shopping trolley, or at the Service Desk.
