Powerpump 

Powerpump is a group fitness lesson on music. With the aid of a barbell and weights you work all muscle groups. It is easy to vary the level of your training by varying the weight of the barbell (from 1.8 to over 30 kg). The lesson includes a lot of repetition with weights of your own choice. No dance moves, no jumping or running (not even in the warming-up). And while the exercises ensure a safe and effective training, the music allows for fun and motivation!

During the nine weeks, the choreography (again: no dance moves but a combination of movements with the barbell) will remain unchanged. This makes it easy to measure your progress.
