Fitness free sports

The Olympos fitness gym boasts a large and varied range of cardio equipment, including treadmills, Concept II indoor rowing machines, state-of-the-art XT One cross trainers, Watt bikes and the latest indoor bikes which consoles have personal fans, Bluetooth heart rate gauges and a USB portal. Our strength equipment is by Life Fitness and consists of fixed equipment, weights, barbells, exercise machines aimed at the abdominal and back muscles, medicine balls and other smaller equipment to train your muscles. We also have a Life Fitness circuit-training set-up existing of ten exercise machines to train all the muscles in your body in a quick, easy and effective way. The Olympos gym covers 400 m², temporarily even 580 m² due to the extra training places in the squash courts.

 

Please note: prior booking is obligatory. Do not come to Olympos without an advance booking (read the ‘Booking’ information at the bottom of this page). 

 

Additional fitness perks
With a valid OlymPas, you not only have unlimited access to our two fitness facilities (and all other facilities such as group lessons, courses, free tennis, squash, climbing, etc.) you can also take advantage of all fitness perks, such as: receiving a Personal Fitness Plan or a body fat analysis and free use of the Olympos gym app.


Rules of use and COVID safety regulations
In order to provide a safe environment it is important that everyone observes the rules of use and the COVID safety regulations. Make sure that you take note of all the regulations before you come to Olympos. Together we are able to ensure that everyone can play sports safely and responsibly. 


 
Do you not have an OlymPas pass or has it expired?
It is currently not possible to purchase a ‘separate’ OlymPas. This can only be done in combination with an online booking of a timeslot. If you wish to make a booking and you do not/no longer have a valid OlymPas, you will automatically be offered the option to buy an Olympos for a day, month or year (Payment via iDeal). Click here for the specific rates.
 
Booking 

  • Advance (online) booking of a timeslot is obligatory. 
  • Booking is possible from two days prior to the day of the timeslot of your choice.
  • You can book timeslots of 90 minutes each. 
  • If you do not yet have an OlymPas, you can buy one (for a day, month or year) when booking a timeslot online.
  • Only book a timeslot when you are sure that you will be able to make use of it.
  • If you are unable to come after all, cancel the booking via the Olympos website (‘My Sports Overview’) (log in first) so the timeslot will become available for other athletes. 
  • NB If you do not turn up for a booked timeslot without cancelling your booking more than twice, your OlymPas will be blocked for a period of two weeks.
