Aerial acrobatiek

AERIAL ACROBATICS

You may have come across this on TV or in a circus: aerial acrobatics. The acrobats apply the so-called “tissue” and “hoop” when executing their impressive acts. That’s why it often seems as if this sport can only be practiced by circus artists, which is not true. You can learn this too!
In this fun course you will learn various exciting exercises, as well as become stronger and more flexible. Interested in experiencing the feeling of being ‘airborne’ and not afraid of a challenge? Sign up for this course!

What to wear
Long leggings and a long-sleeved shirt is required in connection with the safety and hygiene. No clothing with zippers or other sharp edges and no jewelry.

Please bring a towel (obligatory).

Levels
The group lesson on Thursday is for (semi)advanced students. You are welcome here if you have at least half a year of experience in both tissue and hoop. If you are still a beginner in hoop and/or tissue, then register for the Saturday course in the new academic year (all levels)! If in doubt, consult our teachers.
