Running practice (group lesson)

Join our group running training – for every level!

Do you want to work on your stamina, get fitter, run faster, or simply enjoy exercising? Join our group running training! Whether you are just starting out or have years of experience, everyone is welcome. The training sessions take place in the beautiful surroundings of Amelisweerd, where there is plenty of shade.

During these training sessions, different levels are taken into account. By working with pace and level groups, every participant receives a suitable challenge. Under the guidance of an experienced trainer, you will work on running technique, endurance, speed, and injury prevention.

This group running class is available from Monday 28 June to 27 July. You can book each training session from two days before the day on which the session takes place.

We meet at Stay Okay Bunnik, Rhijnauwenselaan 14, 3981 HH Bunnik.

It is possible to leave belongings and clothing there during the training.
