Yoga for Seniors

Yoga for seniors focuses on the muscle groups that control motor function, making your movements more flexible and easier. This will give you a much better feeling in your body, and you'll be able to do things you thought you could no longer do. Through targeted exercises, you'll also improve your sense of balance. Over time, you'll feel more vital and relaxed.

In yoga for seniors, we perform exercises slowly and calmly. The exercises are adapted to individual abilities. Chair yoga is also integrated into the classes.
