Duration of New Year's promotion
· This promotion runs during January and February 2026.
· Saturday 28 February is therefore the last day you can purchase an Olympas at a discount!
· Your pass is valid from the date of purchase and expires automatically after one year or three months.
· Do you already have a valid OlymPas? You can still take advantage of this New Year's promotion! Your promotional OlymPas will automatically become e valid when your current pass expires.

• Click on the Validate button in your shopping cart and select your institution.
• Log in with your institution's account details.
• The discounted rate will then be calculated and you can pay for the OlymPas at a discount.
• Your pass will be valid from the date of purchase (or immediately after your current pass expires) and will automatically expire after its validity period.

Are you an employee or PhD student at the Hubrecht Institute or Westerdijk Institute?
Then request a code internally as usual. Follow the steps below.
• First, send an internal email to hr@hubrecht.eu (when you work at Hubrecht) or k.sinnema@wi.knaw.nl (when you work at Westerdijk) and request the promotional discount code!
• Once you have received the code, go to the Olympos website.
• Don't have an account yet? Create one.
• Click here to purchase your OlymPas
• When you add an OlymPas to your shopping cart, you will see the rate for third parties without a discount (rate C).
• At the bottom right of your shopping cart, you will see “I have a discount code”.
• Click on it and enter the discount code (you have already received this or can request it via hr@hubrecht.eu).
• The discount rate will then be calculated and you can pay for the OlymPas with the promotional discount. Your pass will be valid from the date of purchase (or immediately after your current pass expires) and will automatically expire after its validity period.
• Then you can enjoy your sports activities!

Are you an alumnus/alumna of Utrecht University and do you have a Utrecht University Fund Friends Pass (mandatory)? Then come to the sports desk and purchase your card at a discount! Follow the steps below.
• New to Olympos and don't have an account yet? Then create one first.
• Then come to the Olympos sports desk to purchase your pass (check the opening hours).
• Show your valid Friends Pass and your ID at the sports desk. The desk clerk will then know that you are entitled to the promotional discount!
• Purchase your pass with a discount! Payment can be made by debit card or credit card (your pass is valid from the date of purchase and expires automatically after its validity period).
• Then you can enjoy your sports activities!

Are you an employee of the UMCU?
In addition to the extra promotional discount on a 3-month OR 1-year OlymPas, you will also receive a free OlymPas monthly pass from the UMCU!
This means you can first “purchase” a free monthly pass and then purchase an OlymPas for a year OR an OlymPas for 3 months with a 20% discount. That's double the benefit!
Follow the steps below:
• Are you new and don't have an account with Olympos yet? Then first create one via the website.
• You can then purchase the OlymPas online on the Olympos website. Click here to do so.
• When you add an OlymPas to your shopping cart, you will first see the rate for third parties without a discount (rate C).
• Click on the Validate button in your shopping cart and then select “UMCU employees”.
• Log in with your UMCU account details.
• The discount rate will then be calculated automatically and you can pay for the OlymPas with the promotional discount (3 months or a year) or free of charge (monthly pass). Your pass will be valid from the date of purchase and will automatically expire after its period of validity.
• Then you can enjoy exercising and booking sports activities!
• You can book sports activities using the buttons on the homepage www.olympos.nl, or by logging into your Olympos account; then go to “tickets” in My Olympos.
