New: pay for your annual pass in instalments
The new season is just around the corner and we're busy getting ready for a great year of sport!
From 1 August, when you purchase an OlymPas annual pass, you can opt to pay in instalments via monthly direct debit. You will then pay in 12 instalments – at no extra cost. With this new option, you no longer need to pay the full annual amount in one go. (Paying the full amount in one go remains an option). Please check the FAQ below for more information on payment in instalments.
Due to cuts in sports funding combined with sharply rising costs, we unfortunately have to adjust the OlymPas rates. By offering the option of paying in instalments, we want to keep sport accessible to as many people as possible.
Please note: due to the transition to the new direct debit system, online sales of annual passes are temporarily unavailable. From 1 August, you can purchase or renew online again.

With instalment payments, you don’t pay for your annual subscription in one go, but in 12 monthly instalments via direct debit. This allows you to spread the cost over the year without any additional administrative fees.

When you purchase or renew your OlymPas, you can choose the right product straight away: an annual pass paid for in a single instalment, or an annual pass paid for in monthly instalments. So the choice is yours.
At any time of the year. Your OlymPas starts on the date of purchase. So you don’t have to wait for a fixed start date. The first direct debit payment will then be taken around the 27th of the (following) month.

Term and cancellation
The term is always exactly one year. You pay in 12 monthly instalments.
No, with us, the membership ends automatically after 12 direct debits. Of course, you can renew if you want to keep working out.
That’s not possible; you’re committed to the full term of 12 instalments. This also means you can continue to work out at the same (low) rate throughout the year, even after you graduate.
Yes. The direct debit continues regardless of whether you use the facilities.
Switching and renewing
No, you don’t need to do anything at the moment. When you next renew your OlymPas annual pass, you can opt to pay in instalments.
When renewing your OlymPas annual pass, you can choose the right option straight away: an annual pass paid for in a single instalment, or an annual pass paid for in monthly instalments. The annual fee is the same in both cases.
Yes, that’s a good idea! You can renew your pass before it expires. Your new pass will then follow on from your current one. You can choose to pay in instalments or in a single payment.
