In a BRN lesson, you work with XCOs. Special tubes filled with grit (small granules). As you move, the grit shifts from end to end, creating what’s called reactive impact. Your muscles not only have to generate force to make the movement, but also control and absorb the return of the grit. This way, you train not just the large muscle groups but also the deep, stabilizing muscles. Every move becomes more intense and more effective, without the need for heavier weights. It also raises your heart rate boosts calorie burn.
With energizing music, motivating instructors, and a mix of cardio and strength exercises, BRN is both fun and effective. Suitable for all fitness levels; whether you want to shape up, get stronger, or just enjoy a sweaty workout!
The BRN® group lesson includes:
- Warming-up
- Cardio blocks with XCO tubes for extra resistance
