Fitness for Seniors
Would you like to work on your fitness, strength, flexibility and balance in a safe and enjoyable way? Then join our fitness classes for seniors at Olympos! The sessions are specially tailored for the over-55s and take place in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere.
Why fitness?
Fitness has been shown to contribute positively to good physical and mental health well into old age. Muscles, joints, tendons and bones remain strong and flexible for longer. Fitness also promotes a more stable body weight, lower body fat percentage, healthier blood pressure and a steady heart rate. What’s more, fitness is a relatively safe sport and easy to get started with.
Free trial sessions
You can take part in one or more free trial sessions, with no obligation, on the following dates (always from 10am to 11am): Wednesday 13 May, Friday 15 May, Wednesday 20 May, Friday 22 May, Wednesday 27 May or Friday 29 May.
