Mindful walking
During this one-hour class, you’ll walk at a gentle pace through the beautiful nature of Amelisweerd. Along the way, we’ll take short stops for simple yoga exercises and breathing exercises, helping you move more mindfully and relax in the moment.
The starting point is the volleyball court on Bolognalaan (See the photo and satellite image below). Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and leave the busyness behind. A wonderful way to start the day, even if it’s a little rainy. A few drops can make the walk feel extra fresh and mindful.
