Workshop Self-defence (3 hours)

Learn to protect yourself with effective, no-nonsense self-defence!

In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn the most important techniques and tactics, including palm strikes, elbows, knees, and escapes from common holds. We focus on what works under stress: loud, aggressive, and quick responses that anyone can use, regardless of size or strength.

Participating in the workshop will boost your confidence and teach you how to navigate dangerous situations: prevent, strike, and escape. At the end of the workshop, you’ll have a chance to test your skills during a stress test in a safe environment.

Dates: Sunday 28 September, 5 October or 12 October

Time: 12:00 – 15:00 

Location:  MB-zaal, Olympos  

Rate: €20. An OlymPas is not required!
