Step & shape
Are you ready for an energetic class filled with challenges, choreography, fun, and fantastic beats? Step into the world of Step&Shape! This class includes both choreography and strength elements, perfect for athletes who enjoy a mix of cardio and strength training.
Are you not afraid of choreography and moves with the step? Then this is the class for you! Each lesson is different, yet the structure and the breakdown remain the same. In the first part of the class, you'll work on a fun choreography on and around the step. Our instructors explain everything clearly and logically so you'll master the steps in no time!
The second part of the class includes strength exercises followed by a cooling-down.
Levels
We have three Step&Shape classes every week (basic, medium and advanced). Here's an overview of the levels per class:
- Saturday 11:10 AM: Step&Shape Basic. Easy-peasy choreography that anyone can do! Since the steps aren't too difficult, you'll experience how fun step can be. It's all about FUN! This class is a perfect introduction with basic level choreography. Ideal if you want to give Step a try!
- Sunday 11:35 AM: Step&Shape Medium. Slightly more challenging steps than basic, yet accessible to everyone!
- Tuesday 6:00 PM: Step&Shape XL Advanced. Here we go ALL THE WAY! Expect complex choreographies if you're up for a real challenge. It's an extra-long class, but time flies! We strongly recommend attending the basic and medium classes several times before moving on to the advanced level.
