Supershape is a total body workout that combines cardio, fat burning, and strength training. At a dynamic, high-impact level, everything comes together! We use weights ranging from 1 to 5 kilos, depending on the exercise and your fitness level. There are options to take it a bit easier, or to go all the way!
The first part of the lesson focuses on cardio, with exercises on the step, with XCOs, or on the floor. After that, we move on to strength training for both upper and lower body. We finish with abs on the mat and a refreshing cool-down. And all of this to energizing beats!
