Start your week with peace of mind and energy in your body.

This class combines meditation and movement. You'll learn to focus your attention on the present moment, so you'll be more aware of your body and mind even while moving.

We'll mix dynamic vinyasa flows with calm, static poses. Your breath is the central theme throughout the class: it calms your mind and helps you sink deeper into the poses.

No experience is necessary. A little exercise is helpful, but the most important thing is that you're curious about what meditation actually is and what it can do for you. You can take these classes individually or as a supplement to the Yoga in Depth course.

Peace and quiet meet movement and stretching. After the class, you'll feel both relaxed and energized—completely ready for the rest of the day.
