Why is an additional fee charged for some courses?
A number of courses are so-called ‘small group’ training sessions; these are held in smaller groups and offer intensive guidance. Some other courses are expensive to run due to the use of specific equipment or the need for additional teaching staff. In addition, the costs of sports facilities have risen significantly in recent years, and we have faced higher accommodation costs and cuts to sports funding. In order to continue offering a wide-ranging, accessible and high-quality range of sports activities in the future — at the lowest possible rate (we naturally aim to keep our rates below average market prices) — we have had to adjust the prices of The OlymPas and some courses.
