Discover your new course: strength, focus, and self-confidence

Registration for the new series of short sports courses opens on Monday 22 December at 9:00 AM. Classes begin the week of 5 January 2026. During this period, you can register at Olympos for strength training for beginners, yoga basics & more, self-defense, and kickstart fitness.

Strength training for beginners

Do you want to get stronger, move better, and learn how to train responsibly? In this course, you'll be introduced to all the basic forms of strength training in a small group setting: from barbells and kettlebells to bodyweight exercises. You'll learn proper technique, how to structure a training program, and how to prevent injuries. Afterward, you can train independently and confidently at Kratistos or move on to other challenging courses. Click here for more information.

Yoga Basics & More

For students who already have some yoga experience and are looking for more depth. You'll learn how to perform a basic flow (like the sun salutation), how to connect breath and movement, and how yoga can become a meditative practice. We'll explore various styles, including Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha. Each class lasts 1.5 hours, with time for questions and personal guidance. Self-Defence

Do you want to feel more confident in difficult situations? In this practical 5-week course, you'll learn tactics before, during, and after a conflict, how to break a fall, effective punches and kicks, and how to escape common holds. You'll practice realistic scenarios in a safe, bruise-free setting. Self-defence is more than just technique: you'll also work on mental strength, setting boundaries, and self-confidence. Kickstart Fitness

Start your fitness adventure today! In this short course, you'll work step-by-step on strength, fitness, and a healthy workout routine. You'll train in small groups, receive clear instruction on technique, and build up your fitness safely – ideal if you want to get fitter, stronger, and more energetic but don't know where to start. In three weeks, you'll discover how much fun fitness can be and then confidently continue training independently. Click here for more information.
