Course periods 4: registration is now open!
- On a course, you’ll have lessons once a week on a fixed day and time, taught by a qualified sports instructor.
- Duration: usually 10 lessons/weeks. Some are shorter (3, 4 or 5 weeks – please check the course timetable).
- Start: in the week of Monday 20 April (except for climbing)
Here is the course programme for this period:
10 weeks/lessons: Hyrox, Volleyball, Pole Sport, Cheerleading, Running training (from beginners to advanced, also in the city centre), Aerial acrobatics.
5 weeks/lessons: Self-defence, Survival Run, Strength training for beginners
4 weeks/lessons: Top-rope climbing, Lead climbing (courses have already started; the next series will follow. Registration for the next Climbing courses will start on 20 April)
3 weeks/lessons: Kickstart fitness (ideal if you want to start (or restart) training at the gym).
