The Company Fitness Scheme falls under the University's Choice Model for Employment Conditions. This means that UU employees can exchange ‘sources’ (such as leave, salary, holiday pay, year-end bonus) tax-free for sports (the OlymPas). This is subject to a maximum amount of €280 per year. Genmab employees

Are you an employee of GenMab? Then you can exercise at Olympos with a generous discount! 
You pay rate X (= € 380.25) when you buy an annual pass at Olympos, and can then claim € 120 back from Genmab. To do so, submit claim form + proof of payment to Genmab. In fact, this makes an annual pass for Genmab employees cost only €260.25 (converted to €21.70 per month).

Hoe schaf ik de OlymPas met korting aan?  

• Heb je nog geen account? Maak er dan een aan.
• Klik hier om je OlymPas aan te schaffen
• Als je een OlymPas in je winkelwagentje doet, zie je het tarief voor derden zonder korting (tarief C).
• Klik in je winkelwagentje op de knop Valideer en kies voor de instelling waar je studeert.
• Log in met de accountgegevens van je instelling.
• Vervolgens wordt het kortingstarief berekend en kun je de OlymPas met korting afrekenen (je pas gaat in op de datum van aanschaf en loopt na geldigheidsduur automatisch af).
• Daarna kun je lekker gaan sporten.

Students at other HBO institutes

Are you not a student at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, but at one of the other HBO institutes affiliated to the Association of Universities of Applied Sciences?

EInstitutions/companies at Utrecht Science Park

Rate X applies to employees of all institutions and companies at the Utrecht Science Park other than those mentioned above. These institutions do not (yet) have a partner agreement with Olympos. Olympos also offers them a discount* with rate X.
