Yoga Basics & More (5 weeks)
Yoga Basics & More is an accessible 5-week course for both beginners and those who have already tried yoga and would like to explore it further. You’ll learn how to perform a basic flow (such as the Sun Salutation), how to connect your breathing with movement, and how yoga can become a meditative practice. We’ll explore different styles, including Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha. Each class lasts 1.5 hours, with time for questions and personal guidance. Self-defence (5 weeks)
In this practical 5-week self-defence course, you’ll learn effective techniques, tactics and mental skills to defend yourself with greater confidence and composure in difficult situations. As well as punches, kicks and escape techniques, you’ll also work on mental strength, setting boundaries and standing stronger in everyday life.

Strength Training for Beginners (5 weeks)
Strength Training for Beginners is the ideal course to get started with training at Kratistos and to expand your training options whilst making them more effective. In a small group, you’ll learn the basics of strength training — from dumbbells and kettlebells to bodyweight exercises — with a focus on technique, safety and confidence.

- Start: in the week of 26 May (several sessions available, see timetable. The first session of the Monday course is cancelled due to Whitsun)
Survival Run (5 weeks)
Running, climbing, swinging and persevering: the Survival Run is a real challenge! Over five 1.5-hour sessions, you’ll learn the basic techniques step by step and work on strength, fitness and technique. You’ll finish the course with a mini-Survival Run where everything comes together. Ideal if you enjoy variety and a sporting challenge in the great outdoors

- Start: Tuesday 26 May, 6.00–7.30 pm
Kickstart Fitness (3 weeks)
If you want to start (or restart) fitness training (at the gym) and would like to become fitter, stronger and more energetic but don’t know where to begin – then this is the ideal short course.
You’ll work step by step on building strength, fitness and a healthy training routine. You’ll train in a small group, receive clear guidance on technique and build up safely.
In three weeks, you’ll discover just how much fun fitness can be, and you’ll then be able to continue training independently with confidence.
